FOOD IS BETTER TOGETHER
Every event is a unique affair that shouldn't be missed!
The popover is a long standing New England tradition. It's an American version of the Yorkshire pudding and similar batter puddings made in England since the 17th century. They resemble a muffin but are puffy and hollow inside and are crispy and airy to the taste. And each popover is made from locally sourced ingredients and a whole lotta love.
However we couldn't stop at a good thing. Our golden baked vessels are then filled with all types of creative concoctions. Ranging from savory to sweet, each menu is perfectly paired to the season and there is sure to be a flavor combination that tantalizes your tastebuds. So what are you waiting for, come find us and Pop on Over!
OWNER & HEAD CHEF
When I think about food, I think about family. While growing up in a big Italian family, food was a constant! My grandmother was my first culinary instructor. She unleashed my passion for food. I still fondly remember getting up early on Sunday mornings to start her infamous tomato sauce. She showed me that food was more than just about eating. It's an experience you felt from start to finish. It's the same positive experience I hope to create for as many people as I can. I know I can make someone's day by putting some great food in front of them. Nothing makes me happier then seeing a little smile after people taste the food I prepared.
